		<description>Michael,

I find your investment story regarding the Detroit real estate market interesting because it hits close to home. I personally grew up in the lovely city of Detroit and I agree with you when you say that, &quot; the city gets a bad rap.&quot;. I find your story even more intriguing because I have a few friends who are making similar investments in the city as the one that you described.

Personally I work with a real estate investment company that has been in business since 1969 and provides investors with guaranteed positive cash flows on a minimal down payment for initial investment. The company is called Hanover Companies and the site is www.hanovercompanies.com. We only work with high end condo communities and have an established program that has been effectively helping new investors and large investment groups gain positive returns for three decades. In addition, we are partnered up with two private lending hedge funds that can provide our investors with 90% stated financing, which is a great advantage in a currently unstable financial market.

Our investments are great for beginning investors because they help build equity and gain positive return on investment to then invest back into other business ventures, whatever they may be. I wish you the best of luck in Detroit and let me know if you are interested in discussing some business opportunities.

Best Regards,
